§ 13-7 Denial of license.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.
The Director may deny an application if, after the applicant has been given the opportunity for a hearing, the Director finds that any requirement of this subtitle is not met.
(b)Notice of reasons.
The Director must notify the applicant in writing of the reasons for the denial.
