## § 13-7 Denial of license.

Balt., Md., Code art. 13, § 13-7 (2026)

(a) The Director may deny an application if, after the applicant has been given the opportunity for a hearing, the Director finds that any requirement of this subtitle is not met.

(b) The Director must notify the applicant in writing of the reasons for the denial.
