## § 17-5 Applications for license.

Balt., Md., Code art. 13, § 17-5 (2026)

(a) The application shall be filed with the Board at least 30 days prior to the examination months.

(b) A false, erroneous, or misleading statement made in an application is cause for rejection of the application or revocation of a license issued to the applicant.
