## § 21-1 Definitions.

Balt., Md., Code art. 13, § 21-1 (2026)

(a) In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Commissioner” means the Commissioner of Housing and Community Development or the Commissioner’s designee.

(c)

(d) “Service provider” means any person doing business in this City as:

  (1) a master plumber;

  (2) a gas fitter;

  (3) a heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, or refrigeration contractor; or

  (4) a home improvement contractor.
