(a)In general.

There is a community benefits district, to be known as the Port Covington Community Benefits District.

(b)Boundaries.

The boundaries of the District are as shown on the <em>{map appended to Ordinance 20-358}</em>, titled “Exhibit A – District Boundaries”.
