## § 10-3 Authority created.

Balt., Md., Code art. 14, § 10-3 (2026)

(a) There is a Port Covington Community Benefits District Management Authority, referred to in this subtitle as the “Authority”.

(b) The purpose of the Authority is to:

  (1) promote and market the District;

  (2) provide supplemental security and maintenance services;

  (3) provide amenities in public areas; and

  (4) provide other services and functions as may be requested by the Authority and approved by an ordinance of the Mayor and City Council.
