## § 11-12 Appeals Board.

Balt., Md., Code art. 14, § 11-12 (2026)

(a) There shall be an Appeals Board to hear and decide appeals arising under this subtitle.

(b) The members of the Appeals Board shall be:

  (1) the Commissioner of Housing and Community Development or designee,

  (2) the Director of Finance or designee, and

  (3) a designee of the Mayor’s Office.
