## § 11-4 Modifications.

Balt., Md., Code art. 14, § 11-4 (2026)

By ordinance, the Mayor and City Council may modify the boundaries, licensing procedures, fee calculation method, or rates for any Retail Business District established pursuant to the provisions of § 11-3.
