Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Board shall adopt rules and regulations to: govern its procedures; implement the NeighborWatch Area Program; and otherwise carry out this subtitle.
