§ 20-16 Renewal.

(a)In general.

No later than 10 years after the establishment of the District, and every 10 years following, the District shall be renewed.

(b)Renewal process.

The renewal process shall follow the petition process set forth in <strong>§</strong> 20-15 of this subtitle.
