## § 20-3 District created; Boundaries.

Balt., Md., Code art. 14, § 20-3 (2026)

(a) There is a tourism improvement district, to be known as the “Baltimore Tourism Improvement District” (the “District”).

(b) The  boundaries of the District are the same as the corporate boundaries of the City of Baltimore.
