## § 9-2 District established.

Balt., Md., Code art. 14, § 9-2 (2026)

(a) There is a business improvement district, to be known as the York Road <em>{Corridor} </em>Business Improvement District (the “District”).

(b) The boundaries of the District are as shown on <em>{the Map appended to Ordinance 19-249, titled “Proposed York Road BID”}</em>.
