§ 1-3 Rules and regulations.LinkCopy Citation
(a)Board may adopt.
Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Board may adopt rules, regulations, and forms to carry out the provisions of this subtitle.
(b)Public hearing and comment.
In accordance with <cite data-path="|general">General Provisions Article</cite> <cite data-path="|general|4|3|4-301">§ 4-301</cite>:
(1)
the Board must publish, for public hearing and comment, notice of all rules, regulations, and forms proposed for adoption under this subtitle; and
(2)
notice of the date, time, and location of the hearing must be published at least 15 days before the hearing.
(c)Effective date.
After the public hearing and comment period, the Board may adopt the final rules, regulations, and forms with an effective date of at least 15 days after the date of their adoption.
