## § 11-5 License required for massage establishments.

Balt., Md., Code art. 15, § 11-5 (2026)

No person shall maintain, operate, or conduct a massage establishment within the City of Baltimore without a license previously issued by the Director of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing.
