## § 11-6 Registration required for massagists.

Balt., Md., Code art. 15, § 11-6 (2026)

No person maintaining, operating, or conducting a massage establishment shall employ, or otherwise allow, any individual to perform as a massagist, and no individual shall perform as a massagist, unless such individual shall have first been duly registered as a massagist for that particular massage establishment with the Department of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing.
