## § 11-7 Rules and regulations.

Balt., Md., Code art. 15, § 11-7 (2026)

Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-doc="City of Balt., Md., Ord. 25-013" data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Department of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing is authorized and empowered to promulgate and adopt rules and regulations to carry out the purpose and intent of this subtitle.
