## § 12-10 Proof-of-payment required.

Balt., Md., Code art. 15, § 12-10 (2026)

(a) As a condition of licensure, a commercial parking facility must provide proof of payment to each customer of the facility at the time of payment.

(b) The proof of payment required by this section may be provided in either paper or electronic form.
