## § 13-12 Tax arrearage bars issuance or renewal.

Balt., Md., Code art. 15, § 13-12 (2026)

A license may not be issued to or renewed by any person from whom taxes, interest, or penalties are due and unpaid under City Code <cite data-path="|28">Article 28</cite>, Subtitle 22 {“Parking Tax”}.
