## § 17-35 All Vendors – Residential areas.

Balt., Md., Code art. 15, § 17-35 (2026)

(a) In a residential area, no street vendor may stand or park his or her vehicle:

  (1) for more than 15 minutes at a given location, except as authorized by subsection (b) of this section; or

  (2) within 300 feet of any location at which the vehicle stood or parked during the preceding 48 hours.

(b) An ice cream truck may not stand or park at a given location for more than 15 minutes unless necessary to serve immediate customers.
