In a residential area, no street vendor may stand or park his or her vehicle:for more than 15 minutes at a given location, except as authorized by subsection (b) of this section; or within 300 feet of any location at which the vehicle stood or parked during the preceding 48 hours. An ice cream truck may not stand or park at a given location for more than 15 minutes unless necessary to serve immediate customers. Ord. 14-237
