## § 17-36 All vendors – Between midnight and 6 a.m.

Balt., Md., Code art. 15, § 17-36 (2026)

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, a street vendor may not operate between the hours of midnight and 6 a.m.

(b) Subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a street vendor operating between the hours of midnight and 6 a.m. in accordance with the terms and conditions of a special event permit from the Department of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing that explicitly grants permission to operate during those hours.
