§ 17-38 All vendors – Near school or school transit stop.

Balt., Md., Code art. 15, § 17-38 (2026)

From 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., no street vendor may stand or park her or his vendor vehicle within 2 blocks of the grounds of:

(1)

any building used as a public or private kindergarten, elementary school, or secondary school; or

(2)

any public transit stop serving a kindergarten, elementary school, or secondary school.
