## § 2-41 Definitions.

Balt., Md., Code art. 15, § 2-41 (2026)

(a) In this Part 7, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Amusement device” has the meaning stated in <cite data-path="|15|§2-11">§ 2-11 of this article</cite>.

(c)

  (1) “Animated riding device” means an amusement device that provides a moving ride or activated operation.

  (2) “Animated riding device” includes any rocking horse, airplane, boat, spaceship, or similar device.
