## § 2-42 License required; fee.

Balt., Md., Code art. 15, § 2-42 (2026)

(a) No person, firm, corporation, or other entity may operate any animated riding device unless the device is licensed under Part 3 of this subtitle.

(b) Notwithstanding the fees set in Part 3 of this subtitle, the annual fee for an animated riding device license is $25 per device.
