## § 2-46 Building Code.

Balt., Md., Code art. 15, § 2-46 (2026)

The provisions of § 432.9 of the Baltimore City <cite data-path="|building-codes|II">Building Code</cite>, which relate to the electrical and mechanical requirements for certain circuses and carnivals, apply in all respects to the animated riding devices provided for in this Part 7.  However, no other provisions of § 432 of the <cite data-path="|building-codes|II">Building Code</cite> apply to animated riding devices.
