## § 3-5 Hearing on objections; denial.

Balt., Md., Code art. 15, § 3-5 (2026)

(a)

  (1) On referral by the Director, the Zoning Board must hold a public hearing on the proposed location permit.

  (2) Parties in interest and citizens must be given an opportunity to be heard at the hearing.

(b) Any denial of a permit must be in writing, with specific reasons given for the denial.

(c) If the Zoning Board denies a permit, then the applicant may not reapply for a permit for at least 12 months.
