## § 3-9 Rules and regulations.

Balt., Md., Code art. 15, § 3-9 (2026)

(a)

  (1) Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Zoning Board may adopt rules and regulations for procedural purposes to carry out this subtitle.

  (2) These rules and regulations become effective 7 days after they are filed with the Department of Legislative Reference.

(b)

  (1) Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-doc="City of Balt., Md., Ord. 25-013" data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Director may adopt rules and regulations to carry out the administrative provisions of this subtitle.

  (2) These rules and regulations become effective 7 days after they are filed with the Department of Legislative Reference.
