§ 42-4 Agencies to enforce.LinkCopy Citation
Enforcement of this subtitle shall be conducted by:
(1)
the Board of Liquor License Commissioners for Baltimore City, with regard to adult-entertainment businesses;
(2)
the Baltimore City Department of Health, with regard to food service facilities; and
(3)
the Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development, with regard to hotels and permit holders.
