Enforcement of this subtitle shall be conducted by: the Board of Liquor License Commissioners for Baltimore City, with regard to adult-entertainment businesses; the Baltimore City Department of Health, with regard to food service facilities; and the Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development, with regard to hotels and permit holders.
