§ 47-1 In general.Link Copy Citation

Unless otherwise provided, a person, firm, corporation, or other legal entity that violates any provision of <cite data-path="|15">this article</cite> or of a rule or regulation adopted under <cite data-path="|15">this article</cite> is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $250 for each offense.
