§ 48-8 License term and renewal.LinkCopy Citation
(a)Term.
Each short-term residential rental license expires biennially on the anniversary of its issuance.
(b)Renewal.
(1)
Before a license expires, the host may apply to renew it for an additional 2-year term.
(2)
The renewal application must be submitted to the Housing Commissioner, with the applicable annual fee, at least 30 days before the current license expires.
