## § 6-1 Issuance of license.

Balt., Md., Code art. 15, § 6-1 (2026)

The Director of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing shall issue all licenses for and numbers of carriages, wagons, and other vehicles, boats, and scows as enumerated in § 6-2.
