§ 6-10 False entries.

Balt., Md., Code art. 15, § 6-10 (2026)

No person may:

(1)

cause or procure a false entry to be made of any such carriage, boat, or scow;

(2)

after a true entry, alter the number of his carriage, boat, or scow, being registered; or

(3)

not having a license, permit a number to be fixed to or remain on his or her carriage, boat, or scow.
