## § 6-13 Withdrawal of license.

Balt., Md., Code art. 15, § 6-13 (2026)

It shall be the duty of the Director of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing to withdraw the license from any vehicle licensed by the City, the driver of which shall violate a 2<sup>nd</sup> time any of the provisions of this Code regulating the speed of horses and vehicles.
