## § 6-14 Subtitle to be advertised.

Balt., Md., Code art. 15, § 6-14 (2026)

It shall be the duty of the Director of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing to notify all persons annually of the necessity of attending to the provisions of this subtitle, by advertising the same at least 10 days previous to January 1 in a daily paper of general circulation in Baltimore City, and of the privilege accorded by § 6-9 by advertising the same at least 5 days previous to December 20 in a daily paper of the City.
