§ 1-1 “Stall space” defined.

Balt., Md., Code art. 16, § 1-1 (2026)

“Stall spaces” are:

(1)

inside market buildings;

(2)

protected from the elements by roofs over the market buildings; and

(3)

designated and identified on plats of the several markets kept up to date by the Mayor or his authorized agent.
