The electric wiring on all stall spaces must be in accordance with the <cite data-path="|building-codes|III">Electric Code</cite> of Baltimore City. No lessee shall perform or have performed on the leased stall space any plumbing or drainage work:except under the supervision of the Commissioner of Health; and unless a permit be issued therefor.
