## § 3-3 Sanitation.

Balt., Md., Code art. 16, § 3-3 (2026)

(a) No lessee shall permit any garbage, rubbish, or other waste material to accumulate on the premises.

(b) He shall:

  (1) provide containers for the disposition of same that conform with the requirements of the Bureau of Sanitation of Baltimore City; and

  (2) keep such containers covered at all times.
