The Association shall hold an annual meeting in the last quarter of each year, due written notice being given to all members not less than 10 days and not more than 30 days in advance of such meeting. Among other business conducted at this meeting will be the election of officers. Each administration shall serve for 1 year, with the newly elected administration taking office on January 1.
