§ 8-3 Basic penalty: $50.LinkCopy Citation
(a)Violations a misdemeanor.
Any person who shall violate any provision of <cite data-path="|16">this article</cite> shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
(b)Basic penalty: $50.
Upon conviction thereof, if no other penalty is prescribed in <cite data-path="|16">this article</cite>, he shall be subject to a fine of not exceeding $50 for each such offense.
