Any person who shall violate any provision of <cite data-path="|16">this article</cite> shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon conviction thereof, if no other penalty is prescribed in <cite data-path="|16">this article</cite>, he shall be subject to a fine of not exceeding $50 for each such offense.
