§ 8-8 Sale of seafood outside designated section: $25 - $100.LinkCopy Citation
Any person, firm, or corporation refusing or failing to comply with the requirements of <cite data-path="|16|§4-3">§ 4-3 of this article</cite> shall be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense.
