## § 1-37 Parking on school property.

Balt., Md., Code art. 18, § 1-37 (2026)

(a) Off-street parking space for teachers and staff shall not be provided on any land under the jurisdiction of the Department of Education, except where approved by the Mayor and City Council.

(b) Parking space designated for teachers and staff before August 4, 1972, shall not be affected by this section.
