## § 7-3 Investment in sinking fund.

Balt., Md., Code art. 18, § 7-3 (2026)

So soon as Enoch Pratt shall pay to the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, the sum of $833,333.33, according to the terms and provisions of <cite data-path="|18|§7-1">§ 7-1 of this Part</cite>, it shall be the duty of the Board of Finance to invest the same in Baltimore City stock heretofore authorized to be issued at par as a sinking fund, to be known by the name of the “Enoch Pratt Free Library Sinking Fund”.
