§ 17-4 Administration.LinkCopy Citation
(a)Records; rules and regulations.
The Department:
(1)
shall keep a minute book and other records of its proceedings; and
(2)
shall have power to adopt and enforce rules and regulations for the management of the Department and the activities conducted by it.
(b)Voting by Board.
A majority of the Board of Recreation and Parks shall constitute a sufficient quorum for the transaction of business.
