## § 1-5 Penalties.

Balt., Md., Code art. 19, § 1-5 (2026)

(a) Any person who violates a provision of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $500 for each offense.

(b) Each advertising circular affixed or placed in violation of this subtitle constitutes a separate offense.
