## § 11-6 Penalties.

Balt., Md., Code art. 19, § 11-6 (2026)

Any person violating the provisions of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon the conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 6 months, or both.
