## § 13-1 Prohibited conduct - in general.

Balt., Md., Code art. 19, § 13-1 (2026)

A person may not:

(1) be intoxicated and endanger the safety of another person or property; or

(2) be intoxicated or drink any alcoholic beverage in a public place and cause a public disturbance.
