It is unlawful for any person to sell, barter, or trade, without the certificate of a medical physician, the drug or compound known generally as LSD. It is unlawful for any person to have in his possession, unless for purposes of scientific research, the drug or compound known generally as LSD. It is unlawful for any person to manufacture, make, or compound the drug or compound known generally as LSD. It is unlawful for any person to administer to himself or take internally the drug or compound known generally as LSD, unless under the direction and control of a medical physician.
