## § 22-3 Penalties.

Balt., Md., Code art. 19, § 22-3 (2026)

(a) Any person who authorizes the playing of a game in violation of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 for each offense.

(b) Each day that a violation continues is a separate offense.
